"Good quality overall, but I was a little nervous after paying"
I ordered a few prepper items the quality turned out to be good. Everything felt sturdy and not like cheap junk, which was a relief. I’ll admit I got a little uneasy after I paid because the updates weren’t super reassuring at first, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But the order did show up and most of it was in great shape. One small item had a tiny scratch, but it still worked fine. I’d probably give 5 stars if the packing had been a bit better.

"Techs who actually know their stuff"
I got really solid advice from people who clearly know what they’re doing. It’s ridiculous how often you run into vague answers elsewhere, but these techs were straightforward and helpful

"Return was kind of a hassle"
I had an issue with my order and they never really got it sorted out. The return process wasn’t exactly easy either, so it ended up being kind of a headache.

"Not much to choose from"
I was disappointed with the selection. I went in expecting at least a few decent options, but there was barely anything to pick from, and it just left me feeling annoyed and like the trip wasn’t really worth it

"I felt kind of embarrassed having to..."
I felt kind of embarrassed having to keep following up, but customer service barely got back to me. I sent a couple of messages and waited days for a response. When they finally did reply, it didn’t really answer my question, which was frustrating. Not a great experience.

"The shipping was such a hassle for..."
The shipping was such a hassle for me. My order showed up late, and the tracking updates were barely useful, so I was just sitting there wondering when it was actually going to arrive. I kept having to check on it over and over like, why is this so complicated? If you’re not in a hurry, maybe it’s not a big deal, but I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date.

"Site was a little confusing to use"
I had a bit of a hard time getting around the site. The menus felt kind of messy, well, maybe not messy, but not super clear, and checkout took longer than I expected.

"Pretty good value, but I’m a little torn"
Overall, I thought the prices were fair enough and the value was decent. I’m usually loyal to my go-to brand, so I was a bit conflicted trying this, but it held up better than I expected. That said, some of the prices still felt a little high to me.

"Shipping Took a Little Longer Than I Expected"
The shipping was kind of slow, at least compared to what I was expecting. It did arrive eventually, and everything was fine once it got here, but it definitely took a bit of time. I kept checking the tracking because I wasn’t totally sure if it was just delayed or moving normally, so that made the wait feel longer too. Not a huge problem overall, just something to keep in mind if you need it quickly
